The ratings and reviews given on just dial are not trustworthy.. they also donot approve when you write true reviews about some company/business. My own business is listed on just dial and They keep calling me every now and then, asking rudely about why I do not want to invest in their yearly plan to get more business.. When I told them that your reviews are not trustworthy one of the executives started shouting rudely that "this is not a valid reason for not taking our yearly plan" .
I hanged up the phone that day, but still get calls from them.. and today one of the executives literally hanged up the phone in between the conversation.. Really want to advice the owner of justdial that you should teach your staff some etiquettes.
Of course justdial is providing services but such kind of behaviour from its staff is not good for the company in the long run.
