As I had highlighted multiple times earlier, below were the issues in my membership id: 67699.
As discussed during welcome call(which happened on the 1st working day after making the payment), there were 3 discrepancies pointed out over the recorded call, as mentioned below in case details. I had clearly stated earlier over the welcome call, I will continue the membership only if all of the committed 3 points are honoured.
I was told a call back will be arranged. I got a call from Ashwin and after understanding the discrepancies, he confirmed that he will try and get everything resolved and get back to me in a few days over a call. Next, he called me back on 9th May claiming that he is able to resolve 2 discrepancies and not the third one, so I should now go ahead and email the team for full refund, which I did, a few minutes after the call.
Now the team claimed since the email was received more than 10 days later, some amount will be deducted- which is not right, as it was Ashwin, who had requested for time and asked me not to email until he gets back with a resolution. the day he got back to me over a call, I immediately emailed you. Moreover on the 1st working day itself, during the welcome call, I will continue the membership only if all of the committed 3 points are honored.
Anyways, the above concern has been shared multiple times in last 6 months including during my visit to your office, yesterday(30th Oct 2017), where I met Ms Sonia Chadha, who claimed that nothing can be done and an amount of INR 6850/- has been deducted while the remaining has been sent to my card company for refund. As per her, I should go ahead and do whatever I want to, but this can not be changed. Neither I was allowed to meet the HOD or any other senior personnel despite multiple requests
A complaint has been filed with National Consumer Helpline this morning and the docket number is 489528.
