Me and my wife are using this service for last 1 month and would like to give feedback on same. It started with a convenient option where with a click on screen we could hire a reliable and economical auto for our local travel. But for last 2 weeks the service is getting continuously getting worse.
1st the number of auto available around Sector 15 Gurgaon area at office timing around 9AM is very less and couple of time I didn’t find a auto at all and was late at office due to finding another auto
The timing of reaching auto at our home after hiring it varies significantly, in last 2 hire if I hire auto 15 mins in advance they reach in few minutes and then start charging for waiting.
If I hire auto just on time, it doesn’t reach my home within time and gets delayed by 10-15 mins
The GPS technology is not working, I hire the auto with my accurate coordinates but the driver keeps on calling to ask my location. When they already have GPS coordinates, why they need continuous call with customer to get location.At the time when I am getting ready for my office, getting calls from driver for directions are very disturbing and they should use technology more effectively. Ola, UBER etc don’t ask for your locations like this.
Below bill is of my wife's today's ride, it takes 45-50 rs everyday but today the bill amount is 63 rs. your application does not give any intimation of higher tariff amount while hiring an auto.
The drivers seems to be outsiders and don’t know much about local directions and needs to be continuously guided to reach destination.
With this I am finding it very in convenient and planning to switch to regular local autos now onwards.
