Ordered on 17/05/18, no.60009613 after they tested the power thoroughly. On receiving the product not happy but they said to wear it for 15 days by when my eyes will adapt to the new glassesI am usually out of town mostly so called them up and informed there was problem with the glasses. They assured whenever I come, they will take care. On my return they called a technician who measured and told me the centering of the lenses was not ok and it needs to be corrected by replacing the lenses. They also told me to get another eye exam, as they will put the changed power in the replaced lenses. When I gave them the new prescription, they said the power has changed so I will have to pay for the new lenses. I told them to retain the same power and do the entering but they wouldn't.Rs 23520 gone down the drain! Later I read about bad experiences of other customers too. Wished I had read the reviews earlier.
