I had bought 2 sports bra and both shrunk with just a single wash. I wrote to the company and they wanted the product back. They checked the product with their quality control team and found out that the product shrinks. Ref no: SR 20160479
So they sent me a new set but of the same size. They are refusing to send me a bigger size allowing space for shrinkage. How illogical is this attitude. Since I have their mail which accepts the flaw in quality, I am going to the consumer court to claim compensation form jockey for causing chest pain and agony by their negligence.
Women who buy sports bra are health concious. If big companies like jockey are going to dupe us by making us buy products from them which screws up our health instead of protecting them is not something we should take lightly.
Soon We should see that these products are withdrawn from the market. Please find their mail attached in which they agree the product has defect but sent the same again.
