I placed one big order total 16 items. Items are delivered in three different dates. Items are sealed in a packet and one can't verify which items, they are receiving and which are not. They don't handover the list of items delivered. Further since it is delivered in installments, one can't be sure which missing items will be delivered later. After receiving SMS that all items are delivered, I found two items are missing. But as I filed the complaint after receiving the last delivery, they say, time is over. My question is why they show all those items delivered like bigbasket? Why they don't handover the delivered item list like bigbasket. Why they deliver same order in three different dates. Jiomart is a cheat company and full of corrupt people. People should think twice before placing order to jiomart. Rest is upto you. Regards.
