I would have rated minus ratings if it's available.
I have booked for the jio connection and paid the amount for the connection. Neither customer service not the person who assured within 2 hours connection not the head of services.
Now no one listens neither customer nor person who assured within 2 hours connection.
Not the DL responding via call or message.
No proper customer service response as they won't do except maphi chahta hun Jo apko bad experience hua bolne alawa.
There is no way to get back refund as well no option to get back my money.
While submitting asking minimum 3 start but it's not even good for minus ratings
