I would like to thank the entire Jet Lite code share team for the pathetic discrimination service given to me yesterday while my journey from BLR to PNQ.
1.The flight booked was for 2120 hours and was preponed to 1945 hours so I had to wrap up my work earlier which caused ample loss to the organization I work for.
2.The web check in feature was not available to Jetlite customers but was available to Jet Connect customers in the same flight and hence I could not get the seat of my choice.
3.The flight was asked to board from air bridge and hence the rear entrance was not made available. they announce for 26 to 36 row to board 1st and the ground staff encouraged a separate row which caused argument with fellow passenger and the ground staff displayed a least concern while the separate was made by them.
This was my travel with Jet group of airlines now.
I prefer Indigo, Spicejet and Go Air who are much more customer friendly.
