I traveled with Jet airways fro kolkata to bagdogra.
The check in counter was nice and I did not have any such problem.
The staff at the check in counter were nice but the cabin crew were arrogant and they really did not care about the passengers.
The aircraft was Airbus A320 . It appeared to be old and under maintained. The interior was old and disgusting .The seats were uncomfortable and the leg space was inadequate.The food offered was of very low quality.
The airlines was not at all punctual.The timeliness was not at all good, Our flight was late by 20 minutes.
