I had read about the allegations of Jet Airways with the underworld; and my experiences with the booking and scheduling of the flight seems that this operator is a literal D local gansta who somehow became big in the world.
Early Jan, I had booked Jet Airways flight from Pune to Hyderabad and frm Hyd I had another flight to catch. Had a time gap of 5 hours between the two flights. Now Jet airlines, as per it's terms and conditions, advanced the flight timings by 6 hours! Had to cancel the flight, but good for me, later the flight itself was cancelled by Jet.
The most harrowing part of the story comes to refund. It took these goons 4 weeks and at least 10 calls to the so called call-center to get MY money back.
Now again, my brother did the mistake of booking with Jet, and the had to cancel his flight due to sudden last minute advancing of timing by Jet.
It seems that Jet Airlines is like a ShareAuto: there is no timing, no guarantee that you would get a seat. The booking experience itself was so bad, I can easily say that travelling by Jet is a humiliating and a shameful experience.
