Last year, after the festival of colours(HOLI) I had to travel from Kolkata to Mumbai by this airline and had mixed experiences with them. Anybody(even who is unaware of our colour festival) could have made out that Holi just had left us away. The whole plane was untidy.
Their food was just okayish. The amount I paid for that flight allowed me to expect good quality food which I didn't get.
I would also like to mention about behaviour of the ground staff. They should be a little more polite I guess.
But I must appreciate the seats(especially for the comfortable leg space) and the services provided by the air-hostess.
So overall, I would suggest to use this airline if you get the tickets at low prices.
