I travelled on the 31st March from Delhi to Singapore in jet airways 99w 018. Worst airlines, worst customer service I have ever seen. seats were very hard. I booked an Asian veg meal and it was horrible. I travelled in many flights but never saw this type of food.


Cabin crew was not so helpful. After immigration, I went to collect my baggage it was in bad condition. my bags lock were broken. because they were not handled properly. If u really care for yourself please never travel by jet airways.
