An airline that made a promising start with excellent in flight service efficient check in and direct international flights competitively priced.
What is left is incompetant check in staff with handlers at check in desks who demand cash. Inflexibility with your baggage allowance perhaps the check in counter staff expected a bribe. I just readjusted my clothes in the suitcase and suddenly was within the allowance.how strange.! Probably realised could not get any cash from me.
The airline provides boarding passes for the entire journey in this day and age but again I was told I have to get one at Abudabi from the jet desk there. How strange I went across to the Ethihad desk and they gave me a boarding pass.
The aircrafts are dirty inside require a good deep clean staff are always short of soft drinks and of course the airline is just not up to the mark forban international airline. Dep!orable starting from check in at Mumbai.
The airline needs to start the training of staff in customer service and for their own sake discourage bribe culture! It's nosediving to obliteration soon.
