I am sharing my recent experience with Jeevika hospital.
They did good care but there billing staff gave me worst experience.
First of all they have put few extra items in the bill which were not given or not availed by us. For ex. some other scan was mentioned which was not done, some pharmacy charges etc. If you do not check the bill properly then you'll be ending up paying extra in thousands.
Secondly, whatever amount was approved by insurance company, they were not considering that and keep on saying that they won't get full amount. I cross checked with Medi-assist and confirmed that they'll get entire approved amount. It seems that they do not have sufficient senior people who can resolve this kind of issues quickly. I had to visit 3-4 times just to clarify these things.
