I was searching for sports shoes from a online store and finally I get my desired shoes on jabong and also I got 60% off on my puma sports shoes and I got my shoes within 10 days
but when I start using them within 10 days their sole start tearing, I realize that I got the duplicate product so I call to their customer care and asked for the possible solution of this problem but they denied for any refund or replacement but when I asked that it was written over their that 15 days replacement is there they say you should asked from over higher authorities we transfer your call to them but phone disconnect and I tried a lot but they donot pickup my phone, I tried a lot to contact them but they donot .
