It's my personal experience. Almost 1 month ago I downloaded Jabong app. I had searched for cotton anarkali kurties. All were very pretty. I placed an order on Jabong online for red anarkali. It was of 1999. I suggested with my sister and placed my order. There was cash back or return in 15 days and exchange along with it. After 4-5 days I got it. I opened it but I didn't like it because of its stuff. Then I searched for return policy and fulfill all of its requirement to return. Delivery boy came and I handled it to him. I asked him for my return. He said, mam it will take 48 hours. I said, ok, then. I wait n wait for 72 hours and received a message from company 'Hi! Your Refund against Request ID 33492148 would be initiated within 48 hours. Awaiting your next Order at Jabong.com! ' n getting des kind of meggages. But till now I didn't get my money.
