I have placed more than 40 orders with Jabong.But recently I realized that these people don't refund money properly.I placed an order 22nd August .Order no 140822386681130
I didn't like the 3 products in it as the fitting were not proper, so I raised a return request  the same day.All the tags were intact.Products were only tried for fitting, unused and unwashed.
Within a day or two the products were picked and all was good, till I noticed that there is no refund for this product.I called the customer care to only find that, the products have failed quality check.
They didn't bother informing me, not a single email either.I was told that they have tried contacting on my number and since I can't update my new number on Jabong, they took my new number as an comment saying they will call me back in 48 hrs.I called them after a day and finally they called me on my new number to tell me that the product has failed quality check.
When I asked how can they say that, as I have returned the product in original condition, they had no answer and they took another 48 hrs time to call me.
Now I'm digging up my account to see where else they are cheating.
This is serious fraud Jabong.If I'm finding more issues like this I for sure I'm going to consumer Court.This is my hard earned money.
