I recently ordered a pair of Jockey boxers from them. The product description showed dark blue shorts and the description mentioned that it is a pair of assorted non-returnable boxers. What I received was different in color and design from what was shown on their site. When I complained against this, I was told that assorted means they can give any similar item as they deem fit. Now, they say since this item is non returnable, they will not take it back and not refund so I have no option other than to keep it. There was no refund and no exchange.
Now my concern is that Jabong showed me something and handed me something else which I don't like. In such a case, why should I be forced to keep that item? Why should the customer be forced to agree with their product and policies which doesn't keep a customer's choice in mind?
Jabong never gave me options saying that they don't have the same product so will I be willing to settle for something else. So why should I be forced to agree with their judgement?
I raised this issue many times with them but to no avail. Someone from their risk and legal team gave me a call as well and there was no lack of arrogance in the voice. Guess this is their definition for customer delight.
