I purchased 2 item from jabong.com on march 2015, jabong informed me that product is send by Gati courier,
Not a SINGLE PERSON reached to my home from GATI to deliver my ordered items till TODAY.
I reported this matter to JABONG.COM GATI CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO POST IN MOUTHSHUT.COM
But no response from Gati Today jabong informed me that The sended item is return by gati and ADVICE ME TO REORDER THE SAID PRODUCT.
THIS IS GREAT CHEATING BY JABONG, THEY TAKE MONEY AND DELIVERY CHARGES IN ADVANCE AND HOLD THE MONEY OF CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH. IIT SHOWS THEIR CARELESSNESS TO CUSTOMER AND HIS MONEY.
