My father was supposed to come to Pune from Hyderabad for spending his holidays. He had the misfortune for travelling in Jabbar travels. This is what happened:
He was supposed to catch his bus at Miyapur around 10 PM. However, when he reached half and hour early and waited for one full hour, he was told that his bus left after he showed his PNR.
After a huge argument, the agent was CONSIDERATE enough(a very rare quality in these travel agency staff members) to give him a seat on the next bus which was supposed to arrive at around eleven.
He got a seat in the last row. The bus was terribly uncomfortable, and the engine sound was resonating in the passenger bay too. My father did not get any sleep.
The bus reached Pune well on time, thanks to the driver's RASH driving. A passenger apparently fell sick and threw up in the bus.
I saw the bus myself. Terribly maintained, cracked windscreen, horribly groaning engine, and my father looked terribly sick as he got down.
Try going for TSRTC Garuda plus. Private operators like Kesineni, HKB and Orange are still fine. But do not go for Jabbar. Terrible in every aspect.
