Iqara Broadband. Review on Iqara Broadband

I am a heavy internet user and hardcore gamer, so I download lot of games, play lot of games online, and for that a veryfast internet is needed! well atleast 768 kbps down/ 256 kbps up...

well no one provides at these speeds :( Here in Surat, Iqara has kinda monopoly, its speeds are cosistant around 80/100 kbps (crap slow), However I'll say that they are cheaters....

(1) As far as I've consumed mbs, I can tell that not only the download of mbs is limited but uplods are also limited, my consumptions of mbs that I check from the connection properties never match the mbs shown on there website as used!! (Thats one Big problem)

(2) When there are less mbs in account, usage of mbs become quick, ie. more mbs are consumed when visiting the same site than before

(3) Iqara customer are oversubscribed, moreover they share connections

(4) Technical staff is also crap, when any problem they say the damn same thing every time, check the light on lancard, turnoff pc.... etc and atlast they say that they'll send techincian....

(5) As per there new schemes they say that , there connection will have 256 kbps speed and modem is to be purchased and the prices of mbs are also reduced!, But who cares they cheat in consumption :( So far my experiances with Iqara are crap..... only thing I like is that connection is mostly on.....

If I rate Iqara as an ISP I'll give it;

PRE SALES INFO:- 3 STARS OUT OF 5

INSTALL CORDINATION:- 4STARS OUT OF 5 (I WAS ON B4 THE DUEDATE) TECH SUPPORT:- 1.5 STARS OUT OF 5

SERVICES:- 2 STARS OUT OF 5 (NOT ADEQUEATE SPEED AND EXPLOIT CUSTOMERS) VALUE 4 MONEY:- 0 STARS OF 5 ( TOO COSTLY WITH LESS SPEED AND CAPS)

I am giving speed of ISP average cos atleast its fast than dialup and its ok for surfing but limited downloads are bad :(
