Hello guys. I worked in serco global services now taken over by internet global services thane.
I am the ex-employee first I would like to share documentation process it will done by third party.
Documentation: The verification is done very time consuming it could take 2 month till the time you end your process training and one of our fellow colleague joined with us was terminated due invalid documentation.
Lack of growth and no increment: you won't be able to grow in the organization. Can you imagine 300 rupee increment in one year and in second year 100 ridiculous man.
Incentive part is fine, but it is taken away by your rejects that you get in a month 3 rejects a month you will get just in hand salary which is 8500 rupees. further if you continuously get 45 error within 45 days you are out of the company they will ask you to resign.
If you are going for incentives it would be good option but not long-term kind of job. Work environment is fine for those who has worked in BPOs' . Still the stress level is high and no job security.
