Instohot is a local brand and do not go for it. I Purchased both hob and Chimney. Their service is pathetic, I had to call them continuously for 45 days to get some one to attend my request. Auto ignition of hob failed after 8 months.
I called the service person, he came and initially told product is not covered under warranty as it is expired.
But as per the bill warranty is up to one year. On my repeated calls one person told me that Auto Ignition is not covered under warranty and they will charge me 1100. As I have urgency and I paid 1100 for that to get repaired which is in warranty. I Suggest not to go with this product as their service response is pathetic.
