My in-laws have furnished the house 3 years backs and believe me or not in these 3 years we had never called the service center.
Good light very best during the day since you donot have to switch on your kitchen light as our house is dark we need light in the day time also.

We can remove the parts which get oily that chimney tras which are East remove and easy clean as the metal leaves the oily in just a sook in soap water .
When talk about the dust on the over head as it is a firber type over head just clean with a cloth and it just looks good .when cleaned with vim liquid which I use it just looks like brand new. I really thank as cleaning is easy.
