Right from the first step outside the lush and lavish campus of Mysore to the upcoming Development Centre at Pune the journey was a really challenging but soothing at heart.

After few months in Infosys and those hectic training session, I started feeling that company is almost providing us with nothing but then thanks to British Telecom project and co-location concept I was sent to tech- Mahindra for a Quarter. Now when I compare the services which infosys provides us is no doubt world class. Right from infrastructure, environment, hygine, quality, work culture, employee engagement programs all are in tune with the so called most lovable brand of INDIA in IT industry.

Work Culture: Till now I am honoured to work with two different teams and one thing is common with both and that is team mates will never let you lag behind. Everybody understands what is team work here. With all this Infosys is also paying freshers with one of the best pay and perks comparing to all of its competitors.

Facilities :Right from a timely Bus service outside the campus to gym, swimming pool, almost every indoor games, cricket ground to Yoga centres, music-dance classes to shops for your daily needs everything is inside this campus.

Quality :Starting from the projects Infosys wins to the way they execute them step by step in such a defined mannered way is just a first chapter for beginners to learn with all the coloured Quality feathers. No wonder how they manage to come in news almost daily somewhere round this Flat World( term used in Infosys).

Employee Satisfaction :Regular activities like dance, singing, treasure hunt, birthday celebration, outings, parties , DJ's are arranged for us. You will find such activities atleast once in a fortnight. Gifts like T-Shirts, Shirts, Bags, Wrist Watches are also distributed to employees and sometimes even cash to promote the momentum in employees.

Sharing one mail I recieved :-

" It wasn’t that great morning today but became one after I rushed to get INFOSYS bus to EC. I stay at BTM 2nd stage, where traffic is peak between 7.00am to 10.00am (thanks to all company buses). As usual I was eager to cross the road to catch the bus and then I saw visually challenged person who also wanted to cross the road. Anyway, even I wanted to cross so I thought of giving him company.

The moment, I held him and said “let’s cross”; he asked whether I am a infosion. I was wonderstruck and my cluster of grey cells starting buzzing up (why he didn’t ask my name or where I work, why directly asked whether a infosion I am). I literally interrogated him for asking me this question. He smiled and replied, **“Everyday I stand here waiting for somebody to help me cross this road. I know that this place is a stop for many company buses, but each day only a infoscion help me reach the other side.”

* That very moment made me flash 1000w smile (I wonder what people must have thought J). But these beautiful words changed my perception. I realized that we do “act with sensitivity” in our day-to-day lifestyle. Everyday morning unwritten agenda of mine was to blame INFOSYS for making me away from Mumbai but today the feeling of proud has sunk in so much that still I am keeping my head high and those goose bumps haven’t settled down yet.
