Infinity Mall at Andheri W , has always been a favourite, except for today. The ceiling in the Atria actually fell in the middle of the mall, raising a lot of dust & injuring a few people. The safety of this mall is outrageous & not dependable. Their evacuation procedure was so poor. People panicked & there was no one to guide you out of the place. The security people seems stunned, but even after the first shock, they did not evacuate the people who were clicking pictures & running at the same time. It was such chaos. No first aid was provided to one of the injured people who was sitting on the stairs bleeding profusely. The mall personnel watched like fools.
Not long ago there was a fire in the mall which completely burned down the mall.
This DEFINITELY MAKES IT THE MOST UNDEPENDABLE MALL OF THE CITY.
