Worst delivery and customer care service,Never buy. Review on Infibeam

I ordered microwave oven 25-Jan-2016 and it was suppose to be delivered on 01-Feb-2016 at my home town Rajkot(near Ahmedabad - Gujarat).

My microwave was sent from Delhi to Bangalore instead of sending it to Gujarat and then from Bangalore item was sent back to Gujarat, I complainted infibeam customer service that item was sent wrongly to Bangalore as from Delhi it should have been sent directly to Ahmedabad.

Infibeam didn't take any action even if I made a complaint and they never replied emailed or called me and finally they item after coming to Rajkot, now the item is going back to Delhi without any delivery attempt.

Finally today on 07-Feb-2016 seeing inactivity of infibeam.com I have made a new complaint with Gati and they have assured me revert with in 4 hours.

Let's see what happens.

All in all infibeam is worst ecommerce website never buy from them and also Gati is worst shipping company so avoid dealing with both of them.
