We had ordered Morphy Richard SM 3006 TWG(Black) and found a different product SM 3006 on opening. Pics attached. On mailing them with these pictures, they asked to send more pictures of the product and price label as its not very clear from the given picture. I was expecting a response otherwise.

We never buy by pre-paying online and prefer COD basis. But we have to be very careful on COD too. Open the packet and make sure that the good ordered is same before you make payment. You dont know what you will get.
I am still fighting with them and looks like they do not want to acknowledge the mistake. If the mistake happens in shipment, they should call to acknowledge and take quick action rather than turning the ball around and asking customer to do this and do that. Its a pure cheating case by infibeam.
Be careful when you buy from Infibeam.
