Infibeam... Worst Service... Cheaters...

I ordered a book Secret Seven Bind-up 4-6 on 22/01/2013 via Order no 10067928 / Sub Order no. 18980617. On receiving the book I found out that it had 30-35 pages missing.


I contacted them via email. They asked me to sent copy of the book. I sent them the pictures immediately.


After that they arranged a pick up via Fed-Ex on 31/01/2013 via Return Id no. 9489. After that I called their so called "Customer Service" twice (18/02/2013 & 19/02/2013), and even mailed (12/02/2013) them. But the only response I got from them was "Will call you within 24 hours" or "Transfer to concerned Department".


But neither was done. After that I called the courier company FedEx (19/02/2013) who had picked up the book Tracking Id: 801211256065. They informed me that they had dispatched the book at Infibeam, Ahmedabad Center on 01/02/2013, and gave me the person's name and number who had received the book there.


I called the person (19/02/2013), and he confirmed that he had received the book on 01/02/2013. On asking about replacement he said that I would receive it within 2 days. No response No  book. I again called him(23/02/2013)... Again his response... "Within 2 days" . Again a week passed. I called him again(01/03/2013). This time he said that Give me half an hour, I will call you back with the details. He has not called me since then, and is also not receiving my calls now.


Now, what I am I to do.They have the worst customer service I have ever seen.


Everyone says that the Government employees are the worst in customer service, but Infibeam.com has surpassed even them. Please. Never buy anything from Infibeam.com, even if the item is cheapest available. As the trauma you will go through after the purchase will be much more higher than the price.
