I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2, on their HOT DEALS on 24 th May 14( Order no. 13107720) becuase my mobile was dead. Well I am still waiting for it to arrive (alive hopefully). One never knows.. The staff at Infibeam is blaming the courier(DTDC DOT ZOT) and DTDC dotzot is not picking up the phone and not replying. In between their games I (as a customer) am suffering despite having spent my hard earned money but no phone. The cover ordered alongside arrived in one day flat, but the mobile went missing. They have a sad customer service at Infibeam.
I think they expanded so fast that they couldn't keep up. I have had good experience with them in the past, but this time its terrible. The new website design ensures that you will never see the date of the promised delivery( unlike Ebay/ tradus). So you can wait indefinitely for your product/ approach consumer court). After three frantic days of calling and asking where my product is I am told today that, it will be delivered by 03 Jun14( today is 02Jun14). The tracking has not been updated since 27th. The picture says it all..I guess. I am done with Infibeam and am never ordering from them again.
The Mobile was delivered the next day by Dotzot at my office. I'd emailed the CEO and whomsoever' email ID I found online. I got a personal reply from his minions that they shall either refund or give me a new phone as they assumed the other one which was sent to me, is lost, so they needed my decision. But amidst all of this chaos, the Dotzot team found the mobile in their pile of products and delivered it the same day in the evening, with lots of apologies for having troubled me. As long as the CEO's listening guy, we have got nothing to worry. So Infibeam has redeemed itself. very fast! Thanks for reading.
