Infibeam.com is very erratic in service.Some product reach on time, but most of the time they are very late and also indifferent to customer emails.I ordered a 16gb pen drive vide order number 9340269 on 09-sep-2012.on the website order detail they wrote, will be shipped by 13 sep-2012, but today is 15th sept.
There is no information and they are also not replying to emails.while one of my friend ordered the same product on same date on ebay.in, product arrived with in 3 days.while on infibeam, nothing is heard. Beware of infibeam.
Order only if you have spare time to follow up and write complaints.
