This is to bring to you kind notice that I have ordered an iPhone 6 Plus on online authorisedretailer https://infibeam.com under order # 22905072. I was informed that my order was dispatched on 18/10/2014. I received the sealed packet on 27/10/2014 and when I opened it I was astonished to find that instead of the IPhone they had sent a STONE as per picture enclosed
I have launched a complaint with the customer service department of infibeam but have received no resolution
I feel that this is a perpetual fraud and request you to use your good offices to investigate so that my IPhone 6 Plus 128GB Silver is Delivered
Copy of Infibeam Invoice is enclosed which shows a reference number 354377062109644 for the said IPhone 6 Plus 128GB Silver
