I am writing with regard to the order number: 13294348 that was ordered on July 7, 2014 worth INR29, 488. This order was placed after Infibeam customer care called me and assisted the purchasing process. Since past 4 days and the status showed ‘Shipping in progress”, I reached out to the customer care to know the status, I was surprised by their response that the order has been cancelled due to ‘Out of Stock’! How on earth that could happen?! They called me and assisted me purchasing the product and it is pre-paid and then after 3 days you say it has been cancelled?! If it is out of stock, why it was displayed for purchase and it was ordered from their end too. I demand the product as it has been prepaid and my time n effort has been invested to transact from your website.
Do not believe this FRAUDSTER ECOMMERCE PORTAL. They are bunch of liars and cheaters sitting and taking the order pre-paid and utilizes the amount for their working capital. After couple of days, they say the product is out of stock and cannot be shipped. Furthermore, I have not seen such an irresponsive customer care in ecommerce portal that will not get back to you after committing a timeline and will not provide any grievance level information. They are sham to the ecommerce portal!
In their social media page, they have designed it so that you cannot post anything! You could only comment on the picture they posted and later on when they replace or remove the picture the comments will be automatically deleted! Looks like, this is regular business of Infibeam not to deliver any order. When you initiate a transaction, you instantly get a call till it is completed. Once the transaction is completed, they are least bother to put the same effort to deliver the order at the committed timeline. Even the customer care they have selected for the pre and post transaction vary a lot, post transaction, customer care are so aggressive as if they are giving away the product for free! It is paid from our money for damn god sake! It is pain to get into extra effort and time each day begging for the product which is paid long time back!
What they benefit: >20-30days working capital(min timeline), number of order has been registered to compare with other ecommerce that they are at par at taking the order in absolute numbers
What customer benefit: Losing their money for >20-30days(min timeline), time and effort at the time of purchasing and each of those >20-30days getting in touch with the customer care to know the unknown status for next 20-30days(min timeline), health deterioration arguing with their aggressive customer care for >20-30days(min timeline) and increased anxious and stress waiting for their committed come back for an update again for similar timeline which they never ever does!
Keep yourself away from this FRAUDSTER ECOMMERCE PORTAL for your online purchase; they are second to Timtara and they suck your blood to the max & also make you stressed out to repent why on earth I chose Infibeam. Go for better organized ecommerce where you get response like amazon and Flipkart!
