The best groomed cabin crew (Hair neatly tied up - Deccan can take lessons). The ladies are polite, intelligent and helpful. Not to forget, the prettiest and the cutest girls I have ever seen :))) The planes are brand new and the cabin is spotless clean.
Neat fabric seat (No ugly torn rexin a la Spicejet).Seats are reclinable, except for row 12 and 13 for the emergency exit purpose. The air hostess noticed that I was uncomfortable and recommended (without my asking) that I take one of the other empty seats. The lavatories are cleaned frequently by the crew in flight. Cabin temperature and humidity maintained optimally - very comfortable flight. I have flown three times and everytime the pilots were foreign recruits. Seem to possess a dash of humor while addressing the passengers. But very clear and articulate nontheless.
Just one gripe. Food is double the cost that in other budget airlines. A sandwitch costs Rs.100 while it is Rs.50 in others. Mineral water is free as usual.
