I was not a regular flier until I found Indigo.Most of the time I used Rajdhani Express.Flied once in 2-3 years and preferred Kingfisher or Indian Airlines.
Now I regularly fiy by Indigo may be 5-10 times in a year.Best part is that if you are having a planned journey then you can get tickets at a very affordable price if you book in advance(1-2 months earlier).
Next best thing is that they are always on time and they work very hard to make this happen until there is something beyond their control.
Also I have not seen any flight cancellation till now from Indigo.Its very good as after booking I am always relaxed that on Indigo I have sureity that I will reach my destination on time.
Brand new and clean aircraft make the flight a joy.
Only thing that can be improved is quality of paid meals.It needs improvement .Otherwise indigo rocks.
Its a boon for Indian fliers.Keep it up Indigo.
We fliers are proud of you.
