April 2021 I have booked the flight for Delhi and it was booked on feb end but because of pandemic my flight was got cancelled and I cancel my ticket through Indigo customer support also in web portal the refund process was done immediately but my composition I was not received till end of the May. I have again raised the complaint but they said it will be refund but it might take time till now I am following up with Indigo but couldn't see any money credited to my account.
They also suggest it can be possible if I book another flight to the same money can be adjusted which I don't want I don't have any more plan to go Delhi.
This is really very bad services I have received ever from Indigo.
