Never travel in a indigo flight. Review on Indigo Airlines

Please dont mind my words here as i am totally pissed off.. With the service they provide!!

This is regarding a flight that dimpy sethia was supposed to board, she arrives at the airport, check-in at 6 20 in the morning (bangalore international airport which is 1 .5 hrs from bangalore city)when she finally reaches the counter, the attendant says you cannot board .the flight is at 6 50 and you ask a person to not board 25 mins before the flight ridiculous!! And then instead of consoling the person you ask the lady to buy a ticket for the next day at 8800 rs.

Miss rashmi the flight attendant not ready to tell her name and starts shouting cos she cant do anything !!! There was not a single message on the phone as the ticket was booked through travelocity which indigo has no clue about and say the message was sent to the agent who we had no clue about. I have decided i shall make sure all my family and friends know about this incident and never travel again on an indigo flight because i being a frequent flyer have never faced this problem in any flight including indigo. There will soon be messages and mails across to as many people as i can send that never travel indigo again!!!

Thanks so much to the indigo team for the awesome support to a lady who was crying at the airport all alone and the indigo team was busy having their breakfast with no one to attend her!! A special thanks to miss rashmi (whatever is your last name) for being so rude !!

I am so sure the fight was overbooked!!! They shud not have so many agents on the web...

Hope people realize that these flights that are low cost are not cheap by the money but cheapin their service and language better fly a kingfisher or a spicejet instead!!!
