Firstly when you make tall claims(by advertising) of your ontime performance being better than all the other airlines, it becomes essential that you stick to your word and deliver.
As I wait here at Goa Airport, my Indigo flight keeps getting delayed. By the way, a Spicejet flight (1.35pm) just took off right on time, even Jet airways (1.40pm) & Indian Airlines (2.40pm) are on time!! My flight was at 1.55pm and has been delayed till 3.25pm (touch wood), you can see the attached photo.
I booked on Indigo since I had a bad experience with Jet Konnect before (which by the way was on time today-2.35pm) and since this airline boasts of being on time then might as well give it a shot rite? But they proved me or rather they proved themselves wrong.This is not the 1st time I am travelling by this airline, last time there was a 20min delay which by our standards was acceptable but a 1.5 hour delay cannot be excused!! One of my worst experiences, actually Air Deccan was the worst but these goons have the audacity to ADVERTISE their "ON TIME" performance!! Lol!
