I had booked 2 tickets return tickets from delhi to mumbai for 11 dec 2015, later I told them to change one passenger return ticket from delhi to indore .I was told this had been done, but when I reached airport, they told me that they have cancelled both the tickets of one passenger and have booked one ticket from mumbai to indore, and if we wish to travel to mumbai we have to pay 14 k .
And neither they have explanation of the above, this clearly shown their unprofessional culture
