I have travelled many times in Indigo, I think this is best airlines today in terms of operations. Its a no frill and low cost airlines. But worth the expenditure you make, you atleast reach your destination on time.
1) Food is available on sale but obviously costly like any other airlines.
2) Air attendants are warm and good, helpful and nice.
3) Ground staff is ok, decent and helpful.
4) Flight starts on time and reaches destination on time, that is what you expect from any airlines.
My judgement is not on any single flight but on number of flights where I have travelled in this airline and overall experience is good. I would definitely recommend this airline. I have to still travel in their international flight. once done I ll add my points.
