I and my daughter had a flight from bangalore to pune we reached the airport 1 hour before and the ground staff didn't even announce about the check in closing time so 15 minutes were wasted in the queue and when we reach the counter we get to know that the check in is closed we were shocked and then the reservation customer service staff tells us that we can go to the next flight for which we have to pay rs.25000! The behavior of the staff and the manager was very cold and in different.
It's highly unacceptable. No one is flying for free in the airlines. I have never seen such a staff behaviour anywhere else In my life. If the management is reading this then please teach u r staff basic human qualities of how to talk with people because they don't seem to know it! We don't want lipstick laden or creaseless shirt emotionless dolls! Please train them properly or do a better hiring process
