I'm a regular flyer of Indigo. This time boarding process was not as efficient as it was an early morning flight. Also flight was delayed by 10 minuted but still reached destination early! I always choose aisle seat. I had checked in before and was allotted an aisle seat but a male passenger insisted that my seat was window. I slept for 1.5 hours peacefully.
Customer service and ground staff attitude is excellent. Cabin crew attitude can be improved. Crew accepts debit/ credit cards while paying for food and beverage. Mothers with babies are given special consideration. Inflight magazine is also good to kill time. Check in online a day before day of the flight to avoid last minute hassle.
In conclusion this is the best budget airline in India!
My tip: Book directly on Indigo site rather than other sites to save convenience fee cost
