The maximum smug floor staff ever visible .Yesterday my family travelled(12 humans) from hyderabad to srinagar thru delhi with a transit time of 3 hours but the flight to delhi became behind schedule by way of 2 hours and the personnel at hyd confident the passangers that they would be boarded on srinagar flight and might send a mail to delhi indigo body of workers in this regard.However when the passangers reached delhi at 12.15 they had been purposely made to take a seat in the plane for 20 minutes and subsequently no longer allowed to board the srinagar flight which turned into schduled at 1 pm althouth the passangers had been protecting the boarding bypass for srinagar and the bags changed into booked for srinagar.The ground staff became boastful . Not prepared to listen to the passanger or the GMR airport team of workers who become looking forward to the passangers to get them boarded on time. The indigo team of workers stored on announcing that they'd no records approximately the transit passangers whereas within the plane which landed from hyd it changed into simply announced and the srinagar passangers had been requested to take a seat lower back.They have been told that they will be taken to srinagar flight directly .But the indigo staff purposly delayed the complete prosses and the passangers could not board the flight.It was my fathers golden Anniversary and the family was journeying togrther. Because of Indigo the entire experience got spoiled . All the motel bookings were given wasted. I'd persanally or my family would by no means want to travvel in Indigo once more and nor could I reccomend each person else. They say they're on time however the day before today it turned into due to their postpone the entire ride were given spoiled .In remaining 20 instances I travelled Indigo it has been not on time 7 times. They've the most boastful ground personnel I have ever seen in any airline.I have travelled the complete world and more than 30 airlines however no where the stall is so impolite. They assume they're the best airline and thats why they dont need to bother about everyone.The airport managers are least afflicted to pay attention to passangers hassle . For them their team of workers is continually proper . The workforce dosnt care approximately anydoby allow it be anyone from CISF, GMR, GVK CUSTOMS or absolutely everyone. They do what they want even though they are wrong. I hope the management of Indigo will look into this in place of most effective trying to be on time and within the method now not addressing to the hassles confronted by using the passangers.
