I was travelling from Mumbai to Delhi, due to urgent work, I could get only Indigo Airline Ticket. It was my first experience with Indigo airlines. At the check-in counter, the staff is very unprofessional at there way of speaking and working. The staff in the aircraft was rude. They were dealing rudely when co-passengers were asking for help or water.
The seating in the aircraft was the worst part, the leg space was really less, however, that is ok for a budget flight.but the quality of seats.I think DTC buses offer better seats than this. It was very uncomfortable for seating and the seats shakes when the aircraft takes off or lands. It is really uncomfortable to sit on a long flight, with such seats. On Punctuality part Indigo is ok.
I think their first priority should be to improve aircraft seating and interior.
