I generally go to Bangalore for official work, most of the time I prefer to go by train but this time I decided to go by air because I had less time to go there.
I booked one ticket through Indigo site and it cost me 3200 rupees and booking was confirmed from their end and I received an confirmation massage as well. But right before 1 day of travel I got an message that your flight has been canceled due to some weather issue. I called in customer care and argued with them so finally they provided me an ticket of another flight which was at 3:00AM early morning.
Check-in counter was clear and quiet supportive.
It was a big challenge and inconvenience to me, I woke up at 12:00AM and then reached airport at 1:30 AM.
it was all about my bad service experience now come to facility and comfort. When I entered inside the plane it was looking same as a AC bus. Leg room was not enough to sit comfortably and seat quality was so poor as compare to tran seats.
My seat was at last I think up to the engine so when plane started it was vibrating like anything.
I had a bad first time experience with indigo airlines.
