Hello Friends, today I will share my experience of traveling with Indigo Airlines during my singapore trip.
I booked this airline because it was providing me a great discount and I didn’t knew while booking but the flight had one stop in between. The stop was for 2 hour, but later as the pilot for our plane was not able to come due to some personal reason, I stayed at chennai airport for more than 16 hours for our next indigo flight. Indigo neither did bother to offer us some services or to provide us wii some accomodation within the airport region. I wrote a mail immedietly to Mr. Manoj ( Head Manager) for online bookings made via indigo app. He responded me after a month when I was chilling at my home and the whole trip was over.
I was with my family and we all suffered due to the inconvinience being provided by them. Also, the seats of indigo flight are not comfortable. I booked the flight by adding indigo promise of Rs. 99, which also ensures the quality service being provided herewith. The chair I was given was broken and not at all comfortable. I asked them to offer me a better seat, but as the flight was over booked, they asked me to maintain decorum as they could not provide me with any other chair.
it was a really tiring flight, please don’t opt indigo for long journey purposes. Better to find some good flights. Don’t fall for the reasonable price they show you!
overall experience was negative and I wasn’t satisfied by the whole scenario.
