Recently traveled with Indigo from Mumbai to Srinagar and back.
Received Booking confirmation on both email and SMS.
Also the e-tickets were received on email.
Periodically, I got SMS to perform online check-in and duration before checkin.
Staff at check-in counter at both Mumbai and Srinagar Airport were courteous .
There is bit issues with flight boarding process at Srinagar airport due to security reasons.
but never mind it was not limited to Indigo airlines.
Economy class seats are not much comfortable, i.e., bit congested but plane was clean with proper guidance provided by on-board staff during take-off and landling.
Air hostess too are courteous, The food is bit costly and only water is free of cost.
The flight from Mumbai took up on time but there was delay of about 45 minutes from Srinagar as piled up planes were taking off.
Overall a satisfactory experience but expecting bit more from IndiGO.
