My experience with INDIGO airline was perfectly spoiled by the baggage charges levied on my flight, No consideration for baggage rules as per international travel. The staffs were considerable rude, callous and absolutely unprofessional behaviour at the counter, This was like more of glorified transport BUS.
The Baggage Levi as I was travelling International was more than my ticket cost, and the fair was also not cheap with respect to other airlines.
There were other travellers who were charged for even two kilo grams.
Will never be considering travel INDIGO unless they change the policy and I would definitely not recommend this airline.
