I have been travelling now since 4 years and this was my first flight and my expactations ware high as u was travelling in one of the best and fastest mode of transportations, when I walked towards the indigo counter the staff who was very humble and approchable greeated me and asked to show my passport then as soon as I weight my lugage it was above the actual limit, as per their aviation rules which they have to abid by she said sor u have to pay extra orelse reduce ur lugage but as it was international flight and I was unable at that time to reduce my lugage nither I have enovgh money to pay extra. I insisted her to suggest me other way round, hatts off to her for her outstanding customer service. she actually helped me in convencing other passanger who was travelling from the same flight to take some of my lugage burden. realy this the service we requir to trust. now its became my preferd airline.
