I took the 105 flight from Delhi to Pune. I got a decent deal on the tickets - a total cost of Rs 10,370/- for 4 adults + 1 infant (all inclusive). I booked the tickets directly from their site as I think it was not showing up on makemytrip.com then and the other airlines which were showing were costlier than this.
The website expereince was good.
On the journey day, we went to the checkin counter well in advance. We were looking for a front row seat since we had an infant with us, but the lady said that all the seats had already been allocated. She thought this option is available at the time of booking the ticket but I remindeed her that it isnt.
However, we got a decent row at the back so we had nothing to complain.
The flight departed and arrived on time. The aircraft was a spanking new Airbus A320 and it felt good to fly with everything in such good shape. There were 4-5 crew members inflight for a passenger list of about 185. At some point of time I thought they were overstaffed but then we hit a pocket of bad weather and some people were stuck at the back of the plane near the toilets. The crew quickly helped all of them get back to their seats and then I realized that as many people were required.
They did not serve anything other than water on the flight. Cookies and juices were available on sale. We ate some cookies, they were good. I was hoping they would give at least some pretzels for free but they didnt - understandable I guess if they wanted to keep their costs low.
Overall, a good trip.
